    Has NW got rid of all the existing staff now and replaced them with his own men?

    Seems to be a hell of a lot of changes

    He hasnt brought over any of the youth team setup from Palace, which is a little strange considering the quality of players they have produced over the years.

      I think he has brought in a guy in for the Youth Team in from Millwall
