I can see him getting a rough time from fans up and down England next season. I would stop all payments of any kind to players when they have the honour of playing for their country, then we would see who really wants to play.

Somehow i do believe that Rooney did miss his boy whilst he was away and for all we know that may have had an effect on his performance, i know id miss my 2 girls if i was away for a period of time, but Englands problems were a lot bigger than the star striker missing his son.

Kai is a traditional norwegian name. So I reckon you lot hates him for that reason?? Strange choice of name by the way.
