that doesnt seem to be bothering the premiership clubs showing intrest in him and bidding for him, so why should that be a problem for us ?

This is what we need to do, buy young talent and build a squad that will gel for years.

That is where you have gone wrong. The best way to do so is to develop and grow new talent, as Palace have always done and are continuing to do so. It really does pay dividends in the end, and hopefully now that we are financially stable, we can see even our academy bear even more fruits.

You say that but where has it really got you?

Youve never won anything. Develop and grow is all very good but you need a blend of experience.

It just shows how much of a selling club you are, you get in youn talent, look after it for years then they abondon you.

And to top it off one of your best young talents in year moses gets sold at a cut price cos you are so finacially unstable.
Cant believe it, ive been PWOPER MUGGED ORF...

And the fruits will inevitabley be sold to keep the club going. That's the way of football these days.Bring the youngsters through with the aim of selling them,a la Arsenal.

                  Kids don't stand a chance.

The ready made foreign import is the answer to clubs who want a quick fix to their problems.

Most young players are destined for League 1 downwards except for that top 5% or less.
