Yet another groundhog day thread. Because someone wants to believe what Pete has said, it then turns into a little snipe at him.

The real reason why Walkonby and Egham don't post is because of Pete's unpopularity. QBP revelled in his so called 'ITK' status and it all came crashing down around him. Fans had enough of the club leaking information like a sieve and rightly so. If you want to know something ask Walkonby & Egham when you see them at a match....oh wait a sec

It's not rocket science.Some people like to post and give the opinion that they know some information concerning transfers and transfer targets.

I have been using m/boards for about 7 years now and in all that time( and i do not know anybody at QPR whatsover)i have only ever once been passed some information regarding a QPR possible target.It was passed to me by a guy i know who works in the city who had a drink with a guy who knew a bloke who visited the vet and the parrot coughed up some info.about 6 years or so ago.(not quite like that).The information actually came true -no idea how he knew.I never posted it....because to be quite honest...i didn't believe it.

The point is...if you are going to post some transfer gossip on any fans messageboard...be prepared to live or die by the sword.

Again, it doesn't bother me as most stuff just goes over my head, but posters on this messageboard in particular, do hang of Pete's last word.

So why bother stating....it's nailed on or it's 2 in this week if you cannot accept you will get slated if it doesn't, which in most cases...happens.

Plus - dont even bother to talk to me about the posters who claim this that and the other, reading the odd obscure internet site and then post they are in the know.

Sh.t i could say..ohh Adels going to sign, this week maybe next, on holiday and when he doesn't just say...well sh.t happens.Ambrose blah blah blah

At least they have the front to put something on here even if they are not definite, knowing if it doesn't work out they will be slated.

See, that's a little unfair too mate. The amount of s**t you lot give him for getting things wrong just provokes him to highlight when he's right. Trust me...It's all done in jest. All he's doing is passing on info that he hears. It's exactly what I've been doing lately...A few right and a few wrong, but it won't stop me.

The truth is, most people have jumped on the bandwaggon in blaming Pete over Sousa. Before this happened, Pete always posted rumours and his success rate was never fantastic. People knew this and although they gave him a bit of banter, it was always in jest. Since PS's departure, things have gotten far more personal and vindictive towards Pete. This is noted by how often posters feel the need to dig him out. He hardly posts these days due to other commitments, yet his name is dragged up every day.

I'm not at all championing Pete as I have many disagreements with him over certain opinions. All I'm doing is pointing out a few truths.

People come on here to let others know what they have heard but some hold onto it every word and then get so upset and start to #### them off like you are doing right now.

You do assume to much and if you talk about facts, you don't even know where the information comes from, that's a 100% fact.
