He could end up keeping the players who are not really good enough on big money compared to a possible bigger or better buy who may be the man we want.
This was my original point 80's...

What is Agyemeng scored 15 goals pre season against mighty Tiverton town and Serie C's best sides and Harrow Borough and Hampton & Richmond... Gives us no measure of the league he will be playing in!!

Which brings me to say why have Norwich got Newcastle and Everton and we have non league sides.. Cant understand really!

i never liked the board when they took over, hated naomi campbell sitting in the stands and ive hated every manager we have had for the last 12 of the shite heads.
but warnock is the future of qpr, and the young version of this board will have more bravado and spend ten million to give us the best side since we were last on the premiership.
Warnock is not the future of QPR, Warnock is the manager who will ensure the club has a stable future. The future of QPR is youth development, a scouting system that works, a new training ground and academy, Warnock is setting the wheels in motion.

6 years we were without a School of Excellence even when the the takeover happened our newly appointed Sporting Director didn't have the nous to advise to have something reinstated preferring to line his own pockets. Its going to take Warnock 2 years at least to turn around the mess created by Paladini IMO.

I sat 3 ft from Warnock at the Platinum Evening and it was clear his plan is to leave behind a legacy and set us ion the road to righteousness.

getting us into the premiership is the be all and all of a championship club of our history of being in the top division.
so getting us there is warnocks goal and the future of qpr.

Good arguments on both sides but think we have overlooked something...

We've only been back in training for less than a week and just because no one has been shipped out yet - possibly because they are being assessed? - doesn't mean they will still be here in 5 weeks time.

Can't see us signing another 2 or 3 players without anyone leaving. Just because there hasn't been any rumours regarding "Outs" doesn't mean they are all staying, does it?

                        Keep the faith.

Warnock had 2 months to assess the players last season with the exception of Mahon and Rowlands, you can't polish a turd as they say.

Fair point Russ, though I dont think Hall, Vine or Agyemang will ever be the answer to our problems. No matter what NW thinks, they are overpaid and lazy.

Also I thought Warnock wanted players in early to give them the full pre season with him.

Still My hopes aint mega high for next season, so like you say, I'll keep waiting.

Agyemang, Hall and Helguson - the ones that have been mentioned most on here - were out on loan. Others were clearly unfit. Think he has some assessing to do with them before splashing the cash on a new striker incase he wants to keep one.
