I havent seen Clarke play so I wonder: With him upfront and if he fullfills his potential, do we really need to buy players like Stead and Hulse(rumours)

Personally I have a feeling that Hulse and Clarke will give us an ideal cover for the "targetman" possition. 2 players in every position. But

Why spend big just for the sake of it.? Will we really like it if we all of a sudden are having a new "Agyemang" case in our hands. Not bound to happen. But it frightens me all the same.

As you lot also mention Helgusson, well I think he has to produce for QPR wheter he wants it or not. I dont think he is that hot on the transfermarket anymore, really. So lets stick with him. He is an Icelandic and will never give up his place in our squad without a fight. I know he is injury prone. But I have faith in our new backroom staff. They should sort his problems out.

So bottomline for me is that Warnock should be able to build a team of the aforementioned players. Isent that what he is good at really?

      Thanks Gianni

Cheers forgot about that, but it actually makes the situation worse because some of these players will be picking their healthy wage packets without even kicking a football in competitive action for months.

Warnock will arrange private games against decent opposition instead. A much better idea in my view.

a striker with the goalscoring quality of beattie will never be another agyemang.
some players are just not risks and are a neccesity.

I hope what you say is right Paul as Vine has waddled for last 2 seasons and fitz has kissed his lips once too many for me!!

Like others have said, who will buy Vine and Agyemang ever, a) for the ability and b) if some troubled manager does decide they have ability, he'd never pay the wage.

          We are stuck... FACT!

But you like many others don't seem to get it, we need to offload a shed load of s.hite before we can even contemplate bringing in players of Beattie's calibre.

            Cook
            Hall
            Ageymang
            Helguson
            Vine

all needed to be sent packing with immediate effect.

            Not forgetting about

            Alberti
            Pellicori
Borrowdale (is he still even ours??)
            Ephriam

When will fans wake up to the situation at the club.

im well awake, very awake. thats why its a complex job getting in big names, when we have got little names on big name money who have got to go first.
which they will, cos warnock is more than just a manager who makes players play well, he knows how to dump them off if they are shite as well.
when that happens, then i will tell you to wake up mucker.

Bang on mate, problem is a few fans rather than accept what you have written above, almost try to make excusses and reasons as to why they want them or they have to be kept on as paying staff.

They will talk; about Give them a chance or Warnock will get the best out of them, or look how good they once were, blah blah.
When the true fact of matter is Ephraim, Hall, Vine , Agyemang are utter crap and a drain on the club who cannot spend as it is!!

Who does disagree with that really?? Not me. It is very likely it it will happen actually.
If Warnock classifies them as Rubbish Ok, They will be kicked out of the club, in some way or the other..

Your be waiting a while to tell me that I reckon, its not a direct insult to you I just think we have a large section of support who don't appreciate the gravity of the situation.

I have listed 9 players who have to go, but who's gonna take them?

The club will not simply write all their assets off as substantial losses and continue to subsidise their wages even after they've gone.

The Indians in my view will not simply underwrite the debt,, anyone who thinks that is foolish.

I do hope that Neil is not making his decision on whether to keep players at Rangers based on how they perform against the types of teams we are playing in our pre-season friendlies, as they are no where near the same opposition the players will be up against when the season begins.
He could end up keeping the players who are not really good enough on big money compared to a possible bigger or better buy who may be the man we want.

Cook does.. He has quality and we all know he can play well, balance the team and provide the crosses for our strikers. Once fit he is well worth a starting place, but Warnock does not like playing with wingers it seems so , whether cook has a future or not I dont know.

Difference with cook to the other tripe is that a club could easily sign cook as an asset whereas others noone will sign.

fair enough mate, but im such a realist and have ALWAYS apreciated the gravity of a qpr situation. seriously thought we could of get relegated last season and the season before when we have been the bookies favourites to win the league.
i never liked the board when they took over, hated naomi campbell sitting in the stands and ive hated every manager we have had for the last 12 of the shite heads.
but warnock is the future of qpr, and the young version of this board will have more bravado and spend ten million to give us the best side since we were last on the premiership.
