It does annoy me. Ok, they performed pony and under-achieved yet again, but does that stop them being allowed a life?

If my sales are rubbish, can I not relax with a beer with my work colleagues, or even take a holiday with my family?

The English press are f**king disgusting and most of our public fall for everything. The bloke who sits opposite me just went nuts because Rooney booked a holiday 2 days before we faced Germany. Do you think that's the whole story?
      Your mum would love me...

I think the more concerning part of all this is the fact that let the picture get leaked..

So having a beer and a smoke is partying? Haven't the Press heard of drowning your sorrows?

When should they have their next beer?

So how did you feel after Sunday's game ?

Personally, I didn't want to talk to anyone, I felt massively deflated, angry and let down. A nations dreams down the pan...again.

Comparing the humiliation of our country, which it was, to your sales being a bit down and needing to relax with a beer after work is about as far wide of the mark as it can get !

Those players were a disgrace, and it says everything about how much they care and what it means to them, that just hours after THEY had played with so little effort, passion and national pride and burst the dreams of the people that pay their wages, they felt comfortable and happy enough to sit round laughing joking swigging beer and toking on giant cigars as if they didn't have a care in the world.

They have a life, and a bl**dy good one at that. More money than we'll see in a lifetime and earn in a day what most of the poor sods who travelled out to South Africa had to save for months/years for. They can get back to their rock star lives soon enough so in my opinion, and quite clearly millions of others too, it wouldn't have hurt them to show a bit more restraint, at least until they hit the beaches and private Islands with their model wags, because whilst they were "having a relax" after their abject failure the rest of us were hurting like hell.

                  44 years ....and counting !
Fags n weed, glue n speed, but I draws the line at crack !

Unfortunately in all the doom and gloom that was Englands defeat, either win or lose some of us have a job to do and if there is an opportunity in me making more money to pay my bills and i can get a picture of Rooney or the like drowning his sorrows i will take it. I only take the pics, if the paper then want to turn it around and make up some story that's up to them, some mug will buy it and believe it, i disagree with it but i have no say over it at all, so like i said i just go out and look for the next pic that will put the next meal on my table.
In the end we are just giving the public what they want, and if they weren't so hungry for it we wouldn't be doing it, sort of chicken/egg situation really.
Hopefully i won't be doing it much longer anyway, sick of it myself so you are not the only ones, but when i stop there will always be someone else doing it whilst it's still in demand.

they let the country down not just because they went out but the way they went out. a lack of passion and a lack of effort

many many people spent a lot of money to follow them out there and they do this so soon after. i personally would not talk to people on Sunday and that continued on Monday. only now am i starting to get over it. disgraceful that they couldn't care less about their country.

i wouldn't pick any of them for england again. id rather watch eleven fans who would give everything playing for their country rather than the overpaid rubbish that we see.

7 soldiers came back yesterday who gave their lives for their country. all for what 18k a year and that load of rubbish couldn't even be bothered to perform on a pitch for 90 mins. they are quite happy picking up 100k+ a week.
