I wanted England to win the World Cup - but in reality - as we have done jack shat since 1966...and year in year out fail to even get to a final.let alone a semi final(even in the Euro's) my expectations are never very high.
Unfortunately - the media builds them up every tournament..only to fail at every tournament. The bottom line is...England as a team are pretty damm average. The club sides win(althougjh not this season) thanks to foreign input.
This World cup...coming up to last 8 teams - the premier ship has about 8 or 9 players representing them.
Do the same fans that think England should win every world cup...assume the QPR are going to be top team every year?
I want us to win / do well / finish high every season...but i don't expect anything these days.I'm happy that this season i m hoping that we will be away from the relegation zone and maybe pressing for outside play off hopes...
Maybe i should raise my expectation levels....but then...i never get dissapointed these days...

Anything else and they have failed
I'm hoping for a more stable season. No manager sackings...no board room squabbling etc....I agree the prices are still too high....but like I say.... my expectations are lower than yours.....that's why i hardly get dissappointed.

i agree with v ranger. the prices of season tickets are overpriced to what championship football full stop. i still pay it but they shpould be 470 in my opionion and that would temp more fans to buy them.
I have a feeling more players will come and they will be more exciting ones in the next few weeks. 3 key players with what we have got is a sqaud capable of challenging for top 6. with wanock as well he will get the best out the players we have too

Because that's what every other club in the league has done already, isn't it? They are all ready to play tomorrow and we are the only ones who aren't.
I think 4 players, whatever their ability, is a good start and, as others have said, more than most.
5 weeks is a long time. I didn't even have the same girlfriend 5 weeks ago so I'm pretty sure I won't have the same football team on the pitch.
Sorry, I'm just "keeping it real".

Getting in these so called " big signings" will not guarantee a top spot.Warnock appears to be building a team...as opposed to a bunch on individuals....i think anyway...

And GTP if 'it's not unusual' to have any major signings by the end of June for any club on the planet.
Who are all these players changing hands at the moment then that we have been interested in but have been beaten as usual.
And BHUJIO Your comment 'I wonder if you were supporting QPR not long ago when we were in the first Division and nearly in admin again'
Well i first saw QPR play in 1973 so i have seen us play in many divisions. Also how dare you compare me to a Man C supporter i have and will follow my club through good times and bad.
Let's just hope whoever he gets Neil can build a team good enough to have a season that most fans will be happy with, after all Neil has said he would like to gain promotion this season, imo although we'd love to see it, a very optimistic comment to make so early.Queens Park RangersNPower Champions 2010/2011
