Not just currant england players, we have had this apart from 1990, since 66"

Why do England command such fantastic support, probperbly the best supported international team in the world............its the fans who are world class, not the team,......England dont deserve those fans.
      They seek him here.................

I have to agree with you. Those players mentioned above are now getting on a bit. They have had their time and failed. They should move on and let the younger lot come in.

It is not their mistake. If the English FA really want to build a strong England team, the first step should be reducing the number of none-English players at all clubs to maximum four in the pitch. This way you can give an opportunity to develop better English players in the Premier League rathar than loaning them to lower leagues.

Totally disagree. It is a poor excuse. Our young players should benefit from being surrounded by better players of whatever nationality. It is the general attitude of our players. As someone above said aside from the very odd occasion they have been very poor.

I for one would rather we have the foreign players and have a much superior standard of domestic football. If our young players lack the determination to fight through so be it.

I still dont understand Capello in all this he is a top draw coach,we walked through qualifying, yet it comes to the w.c and he takes unfit players (Barry,Ferdinand,King),drops James and plays Green who has always looked like a rickett was round the corner.Starts Milner against the USA even though he was laid up with virus, sticks with 4-4-2 which basically rules Gerrard out and refuses to change to accomodate him as we stumble through group stage.

The new manager coming in will get rid of most of that squad anyway, so yeh they go down in our bad history.

The problem with that is the younger one's coming through are even worse.

The premier league is only good because of the foreign talent.

Even QPR only have 1 decent player and he is an argie, very worrying times ahead. Felt for players like Gerrard. Rooney was a huge let down and was woeful. James did well in goal and couldn't do a thing with a shocking defence infront of him. Terry was proven to be very average.
I played sunday league football today.

Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.

I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.

We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!

I blew a lot on vodka and tonic, gambling and fags. Looking back, I think I overdid it on the tonic. - The one and only Stanley Bowles
