Whatever the cost of leases rent etc it has to be 'competitive' & in line. No one would be priced out as it would be counter productive for Westfields themselves. Just feel the club hasn't the b0llox to take the bull by the horns & really make a go of turning us into an attractive club commercially & on the playing side.Comment
