I would be disappointed.

It sounds like he has nor future at Arsenal, so could be available for a knockdown fee of around £400K (maybe a bit more).

In which case he would be a very useful addition to the squad and we know what he is capable of. He has pace and could form a good partnership alongside Clarke.

wouldnt bother me one bit,simpson done ok at start to middle of season but after that he was hopeless & seemed to not bother,a lot better out there but no doubt we wont be after it as we only do cheap.
