Positive stuff, it's now all down to Adel, just hope he makes the correct choice career wise, which as stated above in the article 'Does he want to languish in the reserves or play at a club that really wants him' If anyone can talk him into it it's Neil as he seems to have built up a good relationship with him since arriving at LR and getting him play well.
