  • For the optimist cyber warriors...

Potentially going into next season with

    1) Midfield consisting of a poor poor Hogan Ephraim, A 32 year old palace cast off who cant run, injury prone Lee Cook, and an inconsistant Buszacky who plays well when he decides too.

    2) A superstar strike force of Leon Clarke, James Mackie , Rowan Vine and Patrick Aggymang

    3) 25 goals a season light from last year.

    4) Missing the class of Taraabt, Routledge, Tosic & Simpson

All you "Warnock is god warriors" kept saying its only May, Well now its June and very soon July..

I thought Warnock got his players in early...

As it stands we are relgation fodder...

But dont worry I'll keep positive knowing that the signing of Clint Hill and Jon Stead are close by..

    You R's

I know what you mean Morris, and I agree, I dont like writing posts like this but it is the truth and no matter what way people want to twist it, it is still the same.

        your a realist like me
Warnock is not god and can only work with what he's got...which aint much
time is running out for Amit and the rest to show some ambition and prove there commitment
Very important month coming up for them
if they show no ambition and commitment by season start then ill be among the first singing abuse at them and giving them grief as they get out of their cars.
Ticket prices as high as they are for the crap they have signed so far (we are much weaker than last season as it stands) is a disgrace

i have to agree to be honest. I have the same view. The only thing I say is wait until the start of the season before we moan too much as players can still be on the way, we just have to be patient. We must have signed at least 4 players so far, which is probably 4 more than some other teams, with more to come

Currently as the squad stands yes we are weaker than last year, but I'm assuming that the good players come July.... or at least I hope.

I am a WARRIOR and an OPTIMIST. You have been warned.

Get a grip. We have around 6 weeks to recruit players and we do need a few to be fair. However as work in progress I give you a team of:

                  Kenny

                  Legs Ramage Gorkks Connolly

                  Buzz Derry Faurlin Cook

                  Helguson Mackie

Subs from: Cerny, Stewart, Hogan, Rowlands, Clarke, Hall, Agyemong, Vine, couple of youngsters and some obvious ones my addled brain has mislaid.

That is not a promotion team but is enough to stay out of trouble. Bulk out squad, get another striker or two, full backs and another centre back and it starts to look possible play off.

I thought Ramage looked decent at centre back at tail end of season and has great attitude, Derry I believe will offer vital leadership despite the stick many are giving him. NW will also have the opportunity to try and get likes of Buzz and Cook playing consitently well. At their best they are amongst the best of their type in this division and for me make or break season for both so plenty of incentive. Helguson looked good at ****ford and no reason he can't do well for us. NW could even get Hall playing well, he was good enough for Newcastle last season after all and they ran away with the league.

                  It's not all bad, really!

Fox, that team worries me TBH.

                      Legs aint a full back

Buzz is quality but how many good games did he have last season?? a handful

Derry, whatever you say will not improve the team, maybe shout a lot but is past it...even a skint poor palace team didnt keep him.

Helgusson, really hedging your bets here in the HOPE that he turns good. He wants to and has only ever played well for Watford.

Clarke , even Warnock said he's a gamble

                      Makie, average at best.

                      Not good reading im afraid.

Every time I read a Jeffro post my blood pressure shoots right up.

The more I think about the spin and lack of quality coming in the more annoyed I get.

I want to disagree with him but I can't.

If england go out of the world cup I will have even more time on my hands to study the shi te that is coming in and the lack of ambition.

I think I will be playing plenty of golf on my sat's next season, can't bear the thought of watching derry and hill kicking lumps out of the opposition. Bring in some quality to play alongside Clarke ffs.
I played sunday league football today.

Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.

I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.

We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!

ffs why do you have Buzz playing right mid??????

That was the reason he had such a blo ody pi ss poor season, so why the fu ck would you want to play him there? If you are going to play players out of position then your defensive argument doesn't stand up to anything. That side would struggle to stay up. Also Helguson will come back like Mr Blobby. I couldn't believe how fat he was at the start of last season. Also he is shi te and don't tell me but watford because he is past it ffs.
