Do we really want to sign players who yearn to play not for QPR but for a Spanish/Premier League/etc. club? I do not mean undecided players who are open to various offers, I mean those who made their mind up about what kind of club they want. Adel/his agent have been making noises about Spain, etc., for many months. We must understand that even if we somehow sign him, this will mean that he was not wanted by the clubs that he wanted to be in, so he will have motivational issues and his performance will most likely be inadequate most of the time, he will be just biding his time at QPR.
Banning people is no longer my hobby,
but take a look at my photo blog:

How and why did I start supporting QPR in Estonia:

An un motivated Taarabt still bettter than a fit raring to go leon clarke or aggymang, will score and assist more than both those two put together to be honest.

              Disagree Jeffro.

Leon Clarke will prove you wrong. Adel can go, far too big for his boots and never really wanted to come to rangers in the first place.

If youre happy with Leon Clarke then like I have said to others, be happy with a mid to lower finish, I am.

Oh no different to a side last year that had adel in it.

Adel is a good player Jeff but not like you to overrate someone.

By the way Clarke is a very good player and he will prove you wrong mate and do what adel couldn't and thats score goals.
I played sunday league football today.

Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.

I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.

We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!

yeah i am happy with him. He looked lively, strong and sharp against us at LR at the end of the season. Expect him to score a few for us. Will turn out to be a great signing from NW. And we'll finish in the play offs. The transfer window hasnt opened yet Jeffro. Many more will be signing, not that impatient fickle fans like yourself deserve that.

personaly i still think its alot of "agent" Talk as i dont think adel realy wants to move from England

it would be nice as mentioned to find out what adel realy wants as i dont belive he thinks he will make it week in week out out a la liga club unless there an underachiver

plus i realy want him to sign, i think adel would thrive with playing in neil warnocks team again and theres no point him being loaned again

he will sign perm somewhere and i hope his home is at qpr

i do hope the board will go out for him hes a qpr style player if a perm he could potentialy be a legend and the reason we start to over achive

i agree with jeffro in the fact if the board want a play off spot these players have to be signed

                        theres no point *****ing around

and to the people who have read the threads ive attached and think that adels too big for his own boots i think "ADEL" will prove you wrong and if, only if he signs will be a major part to any succsess that comes qprs way next season

heres hoping we get taraabt !

also i will add i think the likes of leon clarke and adel taraabt would be a good combination

When you read the following, where it has " " in sentences, it means he 100% said those words and there is no wiggle room of misinterpretation and he would be a wealthy man as he would have sued whoever published it. The following shows his attitude and is the main reason I hope to never ever see the selfish, big headed me, me me tozzer in a QPR shirt again.

Wantaway Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Adel Taarabt has set his sights on a summer move to Spain and claims La Liga’s top clubs are showing an interest in him.

Wantaway Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Adel Taarabt has set his sights on a summer move to Spain and claims La Liga’s top clubs are showing an interest in him.

The 20-year-old, currently on-loan at Queen’s Park Rangers, announced his intent to leave England in an interview with the London Evening Standard.

I hope to be playing for one of the top four in Spain next season — Real Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia or Sevilla," he said.

"I have contact with good teams and I know that they want me. Now I just have to hope they can agree a deal with Tottenham.”

Taarbat went on to praise the standard of football in Spain and hit out at the quality of the Premier League.

England is not for me, I think La Liga is the best League for me. [I don't like] how they play in England, I like to play football. I look at teams like Bolton, Stoke or Wolves and say 'There is just no point for me'. I hate that style of football.”

Spurs beat off competition form Arsenal and Chelsea to sign the Morocco international three years ago, but he has since failed to nail down a place in the Tottenham first team.

Last March he was loaned out to QPR, netting eight league goals for the Loftus Road club. But he is adamant that he will not return to Tottenham and hit out at Harry Redknapp's side, expressing his regret at not joining Arsenal.

“I was going to go to Arsenal and [former Gunners scout Damian] Comolli was there with Wenger. But he went to Tottenham so I went there. That was a big mistake for me."

Not sure why he'd want to play CHAMPIONSHIP football. Which is all we can offer him at the moment, sadly.

Dunno what youre talking about to be honest. Like I have said I'm not impatient fickle or any of the above.
I have fully accepted the type of players we have and have signed and if the truth be known ; dont really want anymore signings at all this summer, if they continue to be of the same ilk.

Quite happy with Clarke , Aggymany and Mackie as our front 3, Derry and Legerwood as our midfield and quite happy with a finish around 14th/15th next season.

I have accepted that, its seems you and others who expect this wonderful season are the ones who need to sit back and relax.
