Just wanted to clear this up.
We used to provide feeds only to the club, but one or two supporters believed we were doing it for suscription purposes, when this was NOT the case. If anyone used the links to subscribe it goes directly to the club.
It came with misunderstandings and we felt it best to remove all feeds directly to the club official web-site as it was being misunderstood by a few people who did not understand how it worked. It was simply a username and password facility to read what the club had to say and this was not subscription based, only QPR Player was. As this was a feed directly to the official club web-site, no individual outside the club would have profitted if someone had decided to subscribe on line to QPR Player via one of our links, only the club would.
In our opinion it only helped the profile of the official web-site as this site provided a direct link to the clubs material. I took a decision after being questioned by a few people why this site was actually doing it for and felt best to remove the feeds altogether, so in future this site will not carry direct links to the official web-site.
We will not stop anyone else in future from supplying links to the official web-site as long as this is done accordng to the rules and regulations of this site.
We will continue to run feeds for other websites because the site owners believe this is the best medium outside the club that provides the best information for rumours surrounding stories and rumours.
