    Andy Keogh

Anyone think he is worth a punt bearing in mind he is about to leave Wolves?

i'd say he would be, IF we hadn't already taken punts on Clarke and Mackie. He's similar to Mackie in that he's quick with two good feet, often gets shunted out wide, but isn't prolific. Having said that he is a real handful in this division and I would be happy to have him on board.

Yeah I put up a thread about him and Surman yesterday, would be a good addition.

Good addition, but he's never going to be a 20 goal man...IMO, of course. In fact, his record is quite shocking in from of goal. 20 in 90 at Scunny and the same in over 110 games at Wolves. People laugh off Rob Hulse as not good enough, but he's better in front of goal and also a target man. Probably the best target man at this level to be honest.

Just to confirm, Keogh would be a good addition, but not if Stead, Mackie (who is a quality player) and Clarke are the other three. That's a pretty poor front line.

Agree with Benny, while Keogh is a very good player he is not a natural goalscorer, we would still need a Hooper/Sharp type player to get the goals.
