We already have funding from CPFC2010, contracts have been exchanged and they are now 'in control' of the club. We now only need a CVA and the FL's approval to emerge from admin.

Goddard makes a few good points there, regarding the need for us to change the way we are going, particularly with our crowds. However, the Ambrose transfer has been delayed/suspended/cancelled because CPFC2010 said they would pull out if he was sold. Now that they are in full control of the club, I would think that Ambrose will either be sold for a higher fee than 750k(be it to yourselves or another team) or he will stay with us. Both outcome I would be pleased with.

We were the only club who came in for him at £750k, so why would anyone else pay more now. ? Also, Ambrose told Warnock he wanted to come to us.

I quite like having people posting from other clubs. He seems polite and reasonably congnitive for someone from Croydon, so I think we should make him welcome. And if they are giving us Ambrose for just £750k I feel quite rosily towards Surrey Park Rovers...

Why do I keep on posting here? For two reasons-firstly, considering the new 'relationship', shall we say, between the two clubs, hopefully I can shed some light on the situation at our club, which I hope I have been able to do in a good way, and secondly because I appreciate any form of football discussion. Every club, messageboard, forum, will have their fair share of *****s but there's also the people who will provide good input into debates, which I enjoy engaging with and responding.

Fair enough Jams - you are welcome as far as I'm concerned. Maybe you cd form a little club with Hammer, Gareth the uphill Gardener (Cardiff) and the various others from different clubs who come on here. You cd call it "Rangers Anonymous".
