  • Think i've got it sussed, the friendlies plan.

    All these crap friendlies against non league oposition makes the championship oppostion look good. Whereas If we had played that Premier friendly as previously mentioned it would have been a real downer for some of the players and fans having to go back to 2nd tier opposition.

    end of the day friendlies are for fitness and to give the team a chance to gel before next season. im glad we have a fair few, but would have replaced a few of the non league ones with teams from leagues 1 and 2.

      Think Torquay is our only league opposition.

      Would have liked to see 1 decent friendly against a continental team at LR.

        Not really fussed about friendlies, but away trips to the coastal teams is always fun in the summer
