Haha what? We've got a better squad then you even with all of your dosh, and within a couple of weeks we'll have a proper football manager. How's the hoofball going then?

Now, anyone got a proper answer?

You played some lovely stuff at our place, and fully deserved the win. Warnock got you up for it, and we bottled it. Fair do's.

No hoofball played? Find that hard to believe. Colin's always got his teams playing winning football, it was no different with Notts County, no different with Sheff Utd, no different with us and, from what I'm hearing of my R's mates, no different with yourselves.

Yes, I did want to keep him, but from the moment your rumours started and he refused to make either a pledge to us or just leave, I wanted him to go. Was clear he didn't want to be here and had no bottle for the situation we were in. He bottled it when Sheff Utd got relegated, tried to blame good ol' Carlito and he bottled it when we went into admin, trying to blame good ol' Brenda.

I see why you don't rate Hart, but he's more of a Palace legend than Warnock will ever be. Came in, kept us up, can't ask for anymore. Got us playing nicer football too.

Southgate? Premiership experience, was sacked when 3rd with Middlesborough and flying in the league, when Gordon Strachan came in afterwards, apparently a better manager, he finished the season not even within touching distance in the play-offs. Yes please. Palace man too.

Cookie Coleman? Premiership experience, success in Spain, mediocre with Coventry in possession of a damn awful squad. Yes please. Palace man too.

He did a good job at R.Sociedad, him leaving was more a political thing than anything else.

And when you look at the Coventry squad I'd say he did a fine job, even had a late push for the play-offs this season before petering out. They have a team on a par with Sheffield Wednesday's.

Thats a big if with Ambrose, one good season....and some idiots on the palace board rate him at 3 mill...joke, £750k is good money for him and all profit to palace as they got im on a free.

I doubt if he ever has another 20 goal season whoever he's playing for.

750k not 'good' money for him. If that was what he was worth when we were in admin and about to be liquidated, his value will have enhanced threefold by now.

I doubt that also, but 750k is simply not good money. If it was, you would have offered 250k for him, considering our position.

Either way, even if you don't feel it is a big loss in footballing terms, I must admit when he commits to us it will be fun coming on here. I'll bring the eggs?

Do you really think he will score 20 goals again, no way, he's had prob the best season he's ever likely to have, and i would be very dissapointed in neil if he offered much more than the 750k.

Plus he done that with Neil there as well.

Nope, I don't, but I think if you say that 750k is 'good' money for him, you are clinically insane.

Well you dont have to sell now, so it will be interesting if he still joins us.
                              Then i'll bring the eegs.
