What? Of course they are facts? Are you trying to say that the CPFC2010 consortium haven't actually said that he's told them he wants to stay, or that Warnock has said that he wants to come there? I'm pretty certain I saw and heard both of these today.
He only agreed because he had to go, just like any other player would have had the liquidation process have commenced. If not, he would already be off.

As of yet, no-one knows, however it is a very strong suspicion amongst Palace fans that it consists of Steve Parish, CEO of Tag: and Martin Long, (ex?)-owner and founder of Churchill Insurance, and a man who is chairman of a wine company(forgotten name). However, it has also been mooted that there are more people invovled, including Duncan Bannatyne, Richard Branson, P Diddy and Ron Noades.
Have you cleared your debt?
No, not yet, in fact an offer hasn't even been sent to the unsecured creditors yet. However, an agreement with Agilo has been reached, and according to all parties most of the creditors will be accepting the CVA, thus clearing our debt and getting the club out of administration.
We will not be out of it until two more things are concluded;a CVA is reached and then the Football League agree to transfer all players' rights and club shares from the current company, CPFC2000 Ltd. to the new one, CPFC2010 Ltd.
What money after all that is done will be enough to keep our best players?
I have no idea, since I only have rough guesses at who is behind the consortium and how much they are worth. However, it is probably we will not be 'splashing' out like we have done in the past, and also paying 1m plus fees on journeymen. However, CPFC2010 have confirmed they want to keep our best players, and that our best players have said that they want to stay.
Any more Q's?
The long and the short of it is that you could have some multi millionnaires (if not billionnaires) behind you but nobody really knows?!?!
As I said about Kenny, just like we are seeing with Fabregas there is no loyalty in football anymore and Ambrose will make up his mind one way or another. To be honest I'm not that bothered if we sign him or not as I don't think he is the be all and end all. I think Buzsaky is actually a better player who wasn't hitting form at the end of the season and I think the two could be competing for one position.

I have said that is not true. Does that now make it a fact? No - tittle tattle in press is what it is. As it happens I haven;t seen anything attrbuted =direvctly to Ambrose saying he doesn't want to go (I've seen the PR from the front of the "consortium" saying they wanted to keep him but that is different. He may have gone into print to say that though. It makes no difference - see my earlier comment - it doesn't make it a fact. This happens all the time. You may recall a certain Mr Warnock making lots of cuddly statements to Palace just before he came over to sunny W12.

History, I don't know much of yours, sorry. That's not a snide remark, I just honestly don't so can't comment.
Over the last 10 years, you've been a League One club seeking to push into the Championship(and have now more or less consolidated) and we've been a Championship club seeking to push into the Premiership(which we have failed to consolidate), and at the present moment we are both Championship clubs seeking to push into the Premiership.
Loftus road is not a shithole, cramped yes, shithole your joking, History as can only remember the last ten years or so, allow me to fill you in.
Pre 1967 like you we were unknown, we were perrenial old 3rd div while you were in the 4th, (we have never sunk that low).
ok that year i mentioned we won the 3rd div championship and the league cup at wembley.
Next year promoted to the old 1st, lasted one season and straight back down.
81-82 fa finalists.
82-83 old 2nd div champions, back into the old ist div.
another trip to wembley losing league cup final.
top London club on 5 occations.
Various qtr and semi-finals.
Runners up to Liverpool in the championship.
seasons playing in europe one qtr final.
Original members of the premier league.
over the last 50 years almost half spent in the top league only three season spent in the now league two.
So three seasons in the last 50 spent in the now 2nd div, how the fark are we just estabishing ourselves in the championship.
Do me a favour get some facts before you come on here and give it large. They seek him here.................

P.S - I agree with Sir P on all counts. If the money is right he will come but I am personally not bothered if he does or doesn't. And if his arrival inspired Buzsaky's departure he can stay and be owed his wages down there as far as I'm concerned. Buz is the better player.

JimJam - you said
"The CPFC2010 consortium, soon to be owners of the club, do not want to sell him, FACT.
CPFC2010 have said that Ambrose wants to stay. FACT."
Now , quite apart from these being a distinction without a difference, it is clear the fact you are offering is that Ambrose says he wants to stay. Otherwise what is the FACT (as you liked to stress it). Is it that Ambrose has said he wants to stay or not mongo boy?

Easy tiger, getting a bit hot under the collar there. Understandable.
Save it for Si.
