  • WHY do our SUPPOSED transfer targets always reach the press before we have made a bid

Am I the only person that gets so wound up during transfer season WITH QPR , we have got to be the only team in the football league who tries to buy players on the cheap and end up missing out on everyone we are linked with.
GET THE MONEY OUT BUY A DECENT STRIKER 1ST OFF then start faffing about for cheap players.
A BIG NAME STRIKER SHOULD BE OUR PRIORITY AND SHOULD HAVE BEEN DONE BY NOW.

Havent we learnt from last year

Barely any deals have been done so far have they? We're over 2 months from the start of the season so no need to panic just yet.

how you know the board aint told the manager to watch out for an up and coming striker from a lesser known country, who does the bizz in the world cup and then go for him?
no-one spends big till the world cup is over, no-one has yet, and no-one will.
the interest and going for the cheapies are just keeping things ticking over cos people like warnock get bored when doing nothing at all.
