no, but we might buy a very nice nearly fondu set off ebay from rotherham, if of course a little old lady from yeovil doesn't get her postal order off before Gianni gets round to making the call. hope that helps.

"He will sign tomorrow. Done deal."

So he's staying at Sheff Utd then, clearly.

They seem pretty sure of it on their forum. Would be happy with that signing.

warnock gives me the huge impression that if he wants a player, they are usually affordable to his budget, available and he will go all out till hes got them. thats why i believe in everything i read about people hes after, and am very confident they will be qpr players. obviously some wont happen thru one reason or another, but most of the ones he wants he will get. kenny is proof of this, and i think roman will be next.

Swan Vesta is pretty good in the box and always up for a big match. Could set the world alight.

Sorry, just in a punny mood.

I reckon this is just a bit of speculative journalism. I don't doubt we are in for Paddy Kenny but I can't see anyway we are about to offer him 20k a week and make him our highest paid player (in fact probably one of the highest paid players in the division)!!!!

im not happy with this whole situation, because this can cause unrest amongst
the other players, who will all want more

Instead of doubling keeper's wage, spend that double on a PROVEN striker. When will we learn?

                          yes

i agree youseff,we havent had a super striker since les ferdinand,we need someone aged about 24 who plays for someone like rotherham, and we need to buy him for 500 000 so lets sign up this alfie geezer and see what happens

Unbelievable. You're all p**sing and moaning that we won't spend or show 'ambition', yet we're rumoured to offer one of the leagues best 'keepers £20k per week and you come out with 'no thanks'

Laughable. You lot want to make your minds up. Don't give it all the carp about needing a striker instead as we're miles off the start of the season and there STILL haven't been any good strikers signed by ANYONE. Until we get within a couple of weeks of the new season, there really isn't any point getting worked up. It's just moaning for the sake of it. As I say...none of these so-called 20 goal a season strikers have moved anywhere so there's another reason to chill out.

Too right Benny, you have people complaining that we are only looking at players on a free etc but what people don't seem to realise is, that is all that has been available. We are now on the 2nd day of the window now is the time we can start talking money, just wait everyone.

Actually the window opens on July 1st.

I would be very happy with Kenny, top keeper. But 20k a week!? If he gets that then players like Faurlin will want similar, and all new signings will be asking for big money.

That's a risky game, just ask Portsmouth.
