  • Paddy Kenny ??

Would he come here to be a number two, and what does that mean for Cerny?
Who i think is a very capable keeper at this level, is he out of contract this year? If not why don't we promote a youngster or look for a young keeper to work with Cerny?

If we signed Kenny he would be #1. Better keeper than Cerny.

wouldn't have to pay that, has a clause in his contract....just under 1 million activates it.

                        Sheffield United
QUEENS Park Rangers are confident they will be granted permission to open talks with Paddy Kenny aimed at persuading the Sheffield United goalkeeper to complete a controversial move to Loftus Road.
The Londoners, who are expected to mount a strong challenge for promotion next season, have so far been denied permission to approach Kenny despite activating a £750,000 buy-out clause contained within his contract.

But while United still hope to convince Kenny to remain at Bramall Lane, it appears they are powerless to prevent Rangers, now managed by Neil Warnock, from discussing personal terms with both the player and his representatives.

Sorry guys I didn't realise he had a buy out clause in that contract, I guess £750,000 is probably a safe bet.

Kenny is 32. We better bring a younger keeper.

                              Why?

Billionnaires Man City bought Shay Given when he was 32. The best keepers are all in their 30s.
