However, when the early bird deadline finishes and prices rise, big name signings will come in, to encourage fans to pay the higher season ticket prices as they have to see the team suceed. I don't think the club are being clever, your making a wild assumption and based on experience I think the whole thing is gonna be another total anti climax again.

i still think the club are being clever on this, once the signings begin to happen, it is likely as youve said the more quality and money spent on the squad, the more bums on seats. So extra income when the early bird deadline. Some of you say they couldnt complete deals before now.. well surely they could have discussed and tied up deals in the month the season has finished if they wished.
We shall wait and see
