Why do people want Curbishley

Curbs wouldnt be my number 1 but we could do a hell of a lot worse. Id rather him than loads of others we have been linked with.

Also I would much rather see exciting 4-3 wins than boring 1-0s and 0-0 draws. FOOTBALL IS ABOUT BEING ENTERTAINED!! I would much rather have an exciting, off your seat season and miss out on automatic by one point than do a Birmingham. Playing football like this year gives off bad vibes and people get on the players backs. At least under gigi there was a positive vibe and people enjoyed the football.

for the people wanting ldc i say this

sousa wasn't liked by some because he is too defensive. de canio will go the same way because he is not defensive enough. people will become frustrated at not holding on to leads (that includes players to). how can de canio begin to get through to players when he can't speak the same language. then theres a discipline issue, many aren't happy with the attitude of some of the players which will only get worse under ldc.

appointing ldc will be a big mistake imo and another season lost

we need an ENGLISH manager who can really get through to the players and get some discipline in the team

Only those with an intrinsic belief in Blind Faith, surely?

LDC has a track record of persistent and extended failure. Even Pardew has a record of promotion from this division and laid the foundations for the Reading side that Coppell took up.

I certinally did, yes we leaked goals but we now have a better defence and better forwards.

Im not saying Ldc would be the only manager to consider, there are plenty more attacking managers but I thinkCurbishley would be a dire appointment.

I have to agree with you about preferring attacking (if losing from time to time) football over dire 0-0 1-0 like this season.

I can't agree with you that Curbs would be dire.
