today was the best team performance since probably november,as a unit we deserved to win.one defensive lapse cost us a goal but we upped the pressure in the last 10 minutes and it was a pleasure to watch.
cerny....6 did nothing wrong and looked solid
delaney....7 best game from him in a long while and the ball for the second goal was class well done fella
gorrks 7...always solid and had our nemesis adebole in his pocket all day
connolly...7 yet again improved from his last game and for a youngster we have a top player on our hands
ramage....7 did everything right today and looked very assured on the ball
hogan........9 motm by a mile that's the best ive seen of him in a rangers shirt.covered every blade of grass and ran his socks off,well done young man.
leigertwood .....7 did all the huff and puff stuff today to give lopez the licence to get forward
lopez....8 took a few attempts to find his range but boy did he deliver when it mattered
tabbatt..7 too much flash stff and not enough delivery,took his goal well though
di carmine.....6 lacks a bit of control but has decent vision
alberti...6 probably his worst game in the hoops but he's young so dont expect too much too quick.
alll in all probably since november that is the best i have seen from qpr at home,what we had today was 11 players gtiving their all and that is all i ever ask from qpr players.the defence as a unit was very solid,the midfield was as a unit doing its job.leigertwood the ball winner and lopez the ball player.just imagine our midfeild when buzz and rowly are fit.we will have a midfeild that most teams in this league will only dream of as long as they are fully fit.one player for me who has to be farmed out is helguson,since he got his contract he couldn't hit a twunt with a hat.all. to sum up very pleased today
