I renewed today, renewed because I've been a season tkt holder for years. It's just a flithy habit.
Talking to lapsed ST holders they've seen nothing to make them want to "come home" and one I spoke to even reckons the whole takeover scenario is a smokescreen and it's business as usual.
I'm now resigned to the fact that we'll not sign the three players in the thread title and that depresses me a touch.
We could've signed those three and generated a buzz for the summer, increased sales and sent a message out to the CCC.
Of course that all DEPENDS on those players WANTING to sign!!!!!
If we are serious then great - stop ****ing around and get it done. Don't give me all the old guff about people on holiday, on WC duty blah, blah, blah.
If we are just looking to stabilise and see what happens then not so great but I can accept that - stop ****ing us around and put the right message out, we're big enough and ugly enough to accept that and I for one would respect that instead of lies and bull.
