Cardiff should survive Admin, as the money from the playoff's will keepthe tax man happy, and new investment will help manage the bills for now.
Hull may avoid it at the starrt of the season, but if they start poorly and thier crowds are low i can see them going into Admin once the season starts. If they start well and have a shot at returning, the owners will find the cash to see them through and if they make it.
Portsmouth are the only ones out of that lot i can see
Preston are in admin now and wont be out by the start
Can see Portsmouth going staright down as they will have to seel any assest worth money and have to replace them with hasbeens or young kids others are letting go.
Preston maybe alright as "dad" will let them have a few of MU reserves
Cardiff have new Malaysian Billionaire owners. I told you all this around 6 months ago and nobody would believe me. EGM this Thursday for the full board backing
