Love the man with a football fans passion. He epitomised everything to me as a player - not particularly high on talent, but guts and effort all the time. I always say that even if you are not talented or off form, you can always give your all - Olly (like Gary Waddock before him) did that.
Then, try not to forget what a job he did to us a club. He pulled us together, gave us a Final then Promotion and continued season on season improvement from NOTHING - 7 professionals during that first summer after Administration - nothing short of a miracle in my eyes.
Yes, he was starting to lose the plot, the team was simply not performing and it was clearly time for him to go, but don't tarnish his memory and achievements as a player or a manager.
Good Luck, Olly - you might want to beat Leicester on your way to the Premiership, but for me, you getting one over the sheep soilers as revenge would mean more. If you need someone to set off an Alarm, just say the word...

Holloways time with us was up. The football had become dire and many fans wanted him gone and to add he wanted out which was why he was looking at Leicester. I'm not a fan of Paladini but I was with him on that one.
I also find it rather sad that we keep bringing up Paladini this Paladini that, give it a rest will you already!

To be fair, I liked Holloway and still do. Though if he was still here that would mean 10 years at least at one club and I cannot think of anyone in the championship who has that shelf life.
He got Leicester relegated, and was pulling up many trees at Plymouth. I love his passion, it does show that overall he is a good manager based on what he acheived tonight, certainly better than Sousa. Quite a coup to get a striker on loan from Swansea, who in the end was pivotal in getting Blackpool to the Play offs.ALL BEST BANTER AND ALL THE LATEST FROM QPR.
