Great to see, we have a justice system that works.

These guys are not trouble makers, simply going for a good day at Blackpool.

Glad also they will be re-imbursed costs of travel

                          fair play to them

i remember a few years back (Port Vale away 4-4) about 10 - 15 Rangers fans got nicked for running on the pitch after the 4th goal went in, well whilst in the nick i asked the OB if the court date could be Friday the so & so as we were playing Stoke city on the Saturday (a bit of a ****take TBH) but low & behold, it was

anyway to cut a long story short, we all went into court as ONE, the main magistrate was a Derby Co ST holder & basically said if his team were 4 down with 10 mins to go & got back to 4-4 he'd find it very hard to stop himself doing the exact same thing, he had a go at the OB & threw it out of court

so, there has always been justice (just not too often)

Bloody long old day there and back but great to see him found not guilty and lets hope the other two get the same verdict in a couple of weeks time when they return again

This was the second time back in Blackpool Magistrates yesterday as the police and the court automatically assumed that he would be pleading guilty the first time so did not come prepared and so it was adjourned!

The copper who gave evidence was absolutely raging and the next time we play up there I will be sporting a bushy beard as the glare he gave me after the magistrates effectively told him he was a liar was one that said he would love to lock me up.

If I say so myself I was like Rumpole of the Bailey in the dock and was not going to be intimidated by the prosecution fella who was constantly trying to put words in to my mouth and was quite aggressive at times but a top result when the beaks had returned after their deliberations.

All his solicitors fees (£350 + vat) and train fares were awarded as well and this means that with no banning order he can now go to the World Cup and other England games as well as QPR of course
