From the list i would take Jamie Ashdown, Ben Watson and Andy Keogh who will be on sensible wages.

Wigan Athletic have signed Ben Watson from Crystal Palace on a three-and-a-half year contract.

Ben has been the subject of intense speculation over the January transfer period, with Middlesbrough, Fulham and West Ham all linked with the 23-year-old.

But today, Ben put pen to paper for Steve Bruce“s team, as part of an estimated £2million deal.

The midfielder made 170 appearances and scored 18 goals during his time at Selhurst Park. He could make his debut for the Latics when Liverpool visit the JJB on Wednesday night.

      Cant be out of contract.

                    Kevin Phillips please
                    Under Les Ferdinand:
Luke Freeman, top assists in the league: 4million
Alex Smithies, great goalie for this club: 3,5million
Charlie Austin, 19 Premier League goals: 4million
Jack Robinson: Contract ran out, left for free
                    And many more mistakes

LES FERDINAND, IT'S TIME TO GO

I am guessing most on that list would want too much in salaries.

Perhaps QPR could tempt Phillips on a pay as you play 2 year deal.

I would also like Lawrence & Fuller, but agree, so would many PL clubs.
