Pellicori signed a 3 year deal
Helguson didn't he sign a 2 year+ deal last January
Hall I thought he was on a 4 year deal

In which case they can't be released either, but they can be told that they are not wanted and should find other clubs, or will spend the remainder of their contracts training with the youth team.

Aygemang and hall won't be 2 of the 6. They have massive contracts and unless we made a huge payoff they will be more than happy to warm our bench/stands

Agyemang, Hall, Borrowdale and Vine are all on long contracts so cannot be released, only put up for sale (unless we are stupid enough to pay them off).

Helgusson is also contracted but I think there is some sort of arrangement with Watford that they will take over his contract in the summer.

In fact come to think of it aren't Pellicori and Alberti are also on long term deals?

God I'm actually depressing myself just writing this post......why the hell have we got all of these donkeys on long term contracts?!!!!!!

So if the 6 being released are all out of contract -
Quashie, plus a load of youngsters !
NW has said Mahon will get a chance to earn an extension in pre-season.

Didn't Balanta sign a contract extension recently ? (thus I'd not forgot him) again I could be wrong.

Which basically suggests these 6 are not going to satsfy our thirst for a clearout.

Perhaps the higher profile (& paid) deadwood won't be released/announced until they agree a payout or find a new club (less likely for the highest earners)

Somewhat depressing, that feels.
