Great interview. Team spirit/camaraderie/banter plays a massive part and we had it in spades back then. Olly takes enourmous credit for that. Let's hope NW can get that spirit back. Olly was on talksport the other day saying that Blackpool have probably broken the record for getting a championship squad to the play-offs with the smallest ever budget. Just proves its not always just about spending big.
