Dexter Blackstock is desperate to fire Nottingham Forest into the Premier League after being bombed out of QPR by Flavio Briatore.

Hitman Blackstock,23, agreed a new contract at Loftus Road last season and was set to stay.

But Rangers' controversial supremo Briatore ripped up the draft paperwork even though Blackstock was the club's top-scorer.

Blackstock then moved to Forest on loan last March before a permanent £1.5million transfer last summer.


And the striker has scored 13 goals to blast Forest into the play-offs after they finished third in the Championship.

Briatore has since left QPR but Blackstock still hopes to underline his class by reaching the top-flight ahead of tomorrow's play-off clash at Blackpool.

One of the strangest decisions in our history to get rid of him. We were just outside the play offs and we loan him to our rivals.

We replaced him with Pelicorri who was dog sh1t.

Camp also goes and becomes the best goalie in the Championship.

As I posted at the time. He was screwed over by Flavio. Gianni got Dexter together with his agent to sign a new deal at QPR. Dexter was playing really well at the time too pre xmas. Everything was agreed and Dexter and his agent signed the contract. Gianni couldn't authorise the deal and told both Dexter and his agent it just needs finalising by Flavio. Fatboy returned from holiday and practically laughed and tore up the contract. No one told Dexter about it being rejected by Flavio. 25th of Jan come and Dexter was missing his increase in pay (as this is the date the players are normally paid on). He contacted someone in the the club accounts dept who confirmed they knew nothing of an contract extension and increase in salary. Time passed, he missed the January transfer window, only to be told he had no future at the club by Flavio. An arguement took place and a war of word happened between his agent and fatboy. This is also the reason why Dexter suddenly missed alot of games in January until the end of the season as Flavio didn't want him starting games to make it difficult for Dexter to move on somewhere decent - hence his delight with a move to Notts Forest.
