Depends what the £5m will cover. If its transfer fees then it'll ding dang do for me. If, as could be likely, it covers wages as well, God help us. Remember (and I'm trying not to giggle whilst typing this), Faurlin 'cost' £3.6m.:pleasantsuprise::pleasantsuprise:

Pete, I genuinely like you for your enthusiam for all things Rs, but were you sitting in the same stadium as me last season? Go on any message board and any club in the championship and pretty well all of them will say "we have the nucleus of a good squad, we are just four or five players short of a promotion winning team". And they wd be right, because all the clubs are much of a muchness. If the extra players are really good - Hooper, Simpson, Ambrose, Tosic, Watson - say then yes, we should go up, but if its more of the Clarke, Mackie variety then forget it.
