Gorman spots Faurlin, advises QPR to sign, GP meets with Faurlin's agent, who more than likely asks for a secure 2/3 year deal.
Being able to speak the lingo, Paladini, with the agent agree a contract wage and term.
Paladini has done his job filling in relevant paperwork and representing the club, to be honest a club secretary could have done the same.

So apart from speaking to an agent, what exactly does Paladini get credit for.
