I like Bullard and if he could prove his fitness he walk it in this league, however I can't see us splashing out on the wages and I think with his injury track record it would be too much of a gamble.

Probably bettter off getting someone like Charlie Adams from Blackpool, cheaper and had a great season for them.

No one will splash out for his wages so he has two choices.

        1) Hold out for his £40,000k a week pay demands and get fat sitting on his asre, as no one will pay it for an injury prone player.

        2) Take an initial drop in wages and load his contract on a bonus if promoted.

This would be the same for Beatie and Philips.

Absolutely no chance with his salary, even Fulham couldn't keep him in the prem league.

with plenty of clubs in the pecking order in front of us 4 Mill & wages in excess of 20K a week sounds like a load of Bullards to me

No one will pay £4m for him and he will never get 40k a week wages again. Hull are screwed as they will have to offload him for around £1M and pay up his contract.

Give the man a break... he is only letting us know what he was told or thought to be true.

                      Only time will tell.

This is the reason we all login here to see what others have heard and it was news to me, if it comes off then well done to the club and if not then so what.

I think the only way we would do a deal is if we took over the contract with no fee involved, those guys will not be able to afford him next year, infact they couldn't afford him this year.

The only way i can see him coming to us, if he is doing a mido....

Read somewhere he would fail a medical,on a HUUUGGEEE salary.

Maybe Hull are just happy to shift him off their wage bill...and after last saturday's performance when crowd got on this back...maybe he just wants to play for a club for a season to prove to himself and others that he is still a
                                viable product.

So no fee....low salary.....rolling month contract......

I cannot see it happening myself as there will always be a Hull Fulham Burnley West brom etc.....hovering above releagtion, desperate to sign anyone to keep them up
