I love the way some of you are carrying on, it's only Jimmy Bullard FFS not the next Maradona.

Now that's a player where you can turn around and say there is no chance of him signing in the summer.

He fell out of favour under Phil Brown and has since come out and publically criticised him, basically blaming Brown's tactics and team selections for Hull's demise this season. It was very one-sided and made no mention of players shouldering some of the blame. Very rare for a player to be so publically critical of a former manager. Poor attitude perhaps...

Clearly have some mathematical and gramatical geniuses on here. Original poster just missed out the word "and", it was clear what he meant. They paid 5m and his wages are 40k....ie. would we pay that much and would he take a big pay cut?

Totally agree - please god no. Might as well sign Michael Owen too. The guy is hardly ever fit. Most games he plays he isn't even fully fit. If it was pay as you play then great......there are hundreds of better players for the money out there!!!!!

good player, but no way should we sign him. far, far too injury prone.

As much as I agree he'd be a silly buy at a high price due to his injury problems...Over rated? Give it a wipe will ya?!

The guy is class and does a lot of work. Great influence to have in the dressing room too. I wouldn't even say he's over paid. Regardless of his injury, he'll offer the team more than some of these 'superstars' who are on twice that.

Great player but his career has been ruined since that knee injury sustained whilst at Fulham.

Hull City were mugs for parting with 5m for a player who had sustained such a nasty injury and I think any club that pays a fee for him this summer will be mugs too. That said I bet there will be a Premiership club out there willing to take the risk.

                            Definitely not QPR bound!

Yeah and we are ONLY QPR ffs.

He is far to good a player to join us and as mentioned I can't see him taking a 50% drop of wages.
I played sunday league football today.

Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.

I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.

We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!
