Faurlin Speaks... Credit to Paladini

Couldn't give 2 hoots about Paladini. But why is it impossible to believe that faurlin was his signing? Faurlin says that above, good enough for me. Better than this I heard it was gorman, magilton. I don't care about gorman and magilton, they've gone, history.

One theory is the lie was told to deflect attention away from his failings as DoF after all Faurlin was our '£3.5 million record signing' so it would not look good if he flopped and he could just blame Gorman. Then Faurlin is a success and Gianni wants to ensure he takes credit for signing him so spouts off to a young starstruck reporter, spins the story on Peteys radio show and gives Petey the heads up last week that Faurlin will quote him as bringing him to the club so Petey does what he is told to do and gloats about it.

Alternatively Gorman did identify him as some Ipswich fans have suggested on their MB's.

Either way we have been lied too and at the centre of this lie is guess who, its totally unexceptable IMO.

Whether it is Gianni the liar, Petey the liar or the Club lying we have been spun a yarn and it is not exceptbale. I couldn't care less who brought Faurlin to the club he is a great player but some of those with no moral fibre don't seem to think the lies are not a problem as long as they prove their point and are right.

Rewriting history brings further shame on the club and no doubt Faurlin has been instructed to ensure he makes that quote, totally disgusting and the club should be absolutely ashamed of themselves.

But logic would suggest, that if the official QPR website has suggested that John Gorman first spotted him....you would then assume that John passed this info onto the club, either Jim first and then onto the current "DOF" who deals with transfer fees.

That's how i would assume things are run.So....on that assumption, you would have to give the initial credit to John Gorman for spotting, because without that, there would have been no negotiations for GP to deal with.

Im no lover or big fan of GP, but it does seem that he managed that one quite well....but why we need to be told that it's all down to GP is beyond me.

That said....I do hope we keep the young lad - as he is one postive thing to come from this season.

Well Faurlin is hardly likely to praise any of the former management team is he? Especially when it is being reported by certain peoples favourite mouthpiece MR Warburton (Love his bread, hate his reporting....)

As has been said by others the point is for those of us that have morals that we were lied to by the club, employees of the club and some fellow fans. Is that alright with you? If so good luck to you mate, some of us have a problem with being lied to.....

Its not impossible to believe he was a Palaidni signing, its unacceptable that we have been lied to if the case and how the trurth is coming out.

Do think that is acceptable?

When we signed Faurlin the Offy in 3 separate articles claimed Faurlin was spotted by Gorman. Now GP has taken it upon himself to take all the credit and is effectively rewriting history using his cronies as per usual.

Totally unprofessional and totally unacceptable.

Yes, it's scandalous that a post about boardroom issues (ie GP) gets moved to the Boardroom section of the forum. What sort of way is that to run a website ?
