  • Pub after the game on Saturday

It seems the Springbok will not be reopening until 5.30pm on Saturday but does anyone know if that ruling also applies to the Smutts or any other local pubs on Uxbridge Rd?

Always enjoys a pint watching the late scores come in and where we are in the table etc and it looks like the Taffs reputation has got the Met all worried again though not enough to lock em in the ground for 1/2 hour!!

The club and the Police seem to punish the QPR fans, and make life very hard for themselves too, instead of doing the simple thing, and holding the away fans back for 15 mins to allow the streets to clear of people.

Their (QPR) advice is to "leave the ground early, or stay in the ground for half an hour if you have kids", and want to avoid the trouble after the game... I mean, we don't want to inconvenience the nice visiting Cardiff fans, do we?

          Clueless.

The thing is though Goddard it happens year after year when teams like Cardiff and Luton etc come down and it is always families with kids who get the grief and the club and especially the Police never seem to learn any lessons!

problem with this not everyone knows that Springbok is shut after the game, so people will hang around and could lead to trouble.

have a feeling will be trouble whatever, always is.

maybe if they policed it better, pubs wouldn't have to close
