if the board is serious then they will get him no matter what he costs...they will recoup it anyway if we get promoted to the prem which SHOULD be their ultimate goal. Billionaires? lets see....

In my opinion he is the most talented player I have seen in a hooped shirt since Rodney or Stan, he has it all, ball control, passing, arrogance and ,under the right management and coaching he will be our next legend ( if we manage to get him of course).
To ensure that Harry doesn't get the wrong idea re: his value, I think this thread should self distruct in five minutes.

Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.
I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.
We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!

WeAreQPR12.
I was in noway questioning Les Ferdinand's ability as a striker, it could be argued that he was our best in that position. I was trying to compare previous players ability with the ball and their talent for beating others by pure skill.

Ferdinand was a great striker and had the ability to beat players largely down to strength and speed, but he didn't have a number of tricks to his game.
Tarrabt appears to have learnt that he needs to pass to teammates more often this season, but even more since Warnock arrived.
Taarabt is a young player and will improve his all round game, including shooting. When this happens, he should go on to be worth 3 times what QPR pay for him.
If possible, I would sign him for around £3M (I think the £4.5M is just Warnock trying to put other potential buyers off), and offer him a 4 year deal.
If QPR win promotion to the Prem League next season, one good season from him in the PL, could see his value go up to between £9-15M.

hes got skill, pace, strength, control, good passer (when he does!), confident, creative - and an all round class act. Il miss the Newcastle game as im away - but i hope Watford isnt the last time is ee him in a QPR shirt - as he is beyond any other players quality in this division. If warnock corrects our weaknesses and signs Adel - we are in for an exciting season next year

I think £4.5mil would be too much. Maybe £2.5mil with Spurs adding a sell on clause. If We signed him on a 4 year contract, we get promoted to premiership and he plays a blinder in our 1st season up there, A La Liga team could easily put in a bid of £10mil. That would be good business sense. Providing NW gets the best out of him, he would be worth every penny
