I do expect a bid for him in the next 12 months, so the question im most interested in is 'have we the ambition to keep him'?

It will/would be a good test of the new board on how serious we are at wanting promotion if a large offer did come in.

Here you go Pete, another reply and more traffic to the site.
      Pathetic really.
I know for a fact,GP had jack sh1t to do with Faurlin, before you ask,l have close associates with John Gorman, and it was most definately him that saw AF and got him here. Most Paladini did was carry his cases to and from the airport probably!!

not true..But if it makes yopu feel happier than fair enough

I have spoken to gorman before the season and Faurlin since.

Fans were not too sure about the Magilton appointment by giving him accreditation it helped, its that simple.

3 days before Championship Play Off final club reps went out to Argentina to do the deal

Those are the facts, bit really no big deal.

        Faurlin is class

(ps the the site is always busy)

Have no doubt he himself will clear up the confusion before end of the season

It might be simple - but it's also pretty sad, and quite pathetic.
What a circus, what a shambles.

Thank god we've got new owners, and a proper manager now.. no matter what people think of him.

What happens if/when NW leaves though, Will we then get told all the good players were not signed by him, but he was given credit because the manager does all the signing/releasing of players.
I do wonder about this site sometimes

Well just for your information, I don't know Gorman or Paladingdong, haven't spoken to either of them about faurlin and quite honestly don't give a rats bottom.

What I can say, is that for a young lad to come to this country from a far of country, and perform the way he has, is a credit to him and the club.

When he arrived, took time to adjust, got a little bit of stick, kept his head down, said nowt and has turned into a very good prospect.

I expect him to still be here next year.

                I don't understand it either

if its Helguson or Ageymang than its GP

if its Tarrabt ir Faurlin it has to be someone else

                Beggars belief.

good and bad in all of us, nice to highlight the good and the bad

But be fair Pete, you knew exactly what direction this thread was going in from the very 1st post didn't you????

drop it Pete. we've signed around 50 players since the takeover and havent even guaranteed safety in this league let alone achieved promotion. that is not good enough however you try to dress it up.

trying to say that the signing of Faurlin means GP deserves a pat on the back is laughable.

                        Agree with pete.

46 players in last 3 years? How many in the squad now? Have a look at other championship same ins and outs at other clubs. You focus Sir Les on QPR because we follow them day in day out.

How many players have Derby had for example?

My fnger is firmly pointed at Flavio selling Blackstock Delaney Routledge and Camp and keeping the money to himself and not putting the money back in the transfer kitty. Thats the why the fans protested in January

example If we had kept Blackstock we would have been very close to a Play off Place

                          Faurlin is a great player.

Well done Gianni..it's time our fans realised how many fantastic signings you have brought to QPR.

It's time there was a Gianni Paladini statue erected on South Africa Road.

Reading the same topic from the dot org site, i have come to the following conclusion.

The qpr website and BBC, have confirmed that A faurlin was indentied by Mr J Gorman.
I assume that what happens following that, is that Gorman recommends this player to Mr Magilton as a possible target.Mr Magilton then goes to our director of football at that time,GP and states he would like this player at QPR, can you broker a deal.GP negotiates with Mr Faurlins agent, and gets the player to sign for QPR.

If that is the correct way of doing things, you have to give the initial credit to Mr Gorman for finding the player in the first place and then to GP for getting the player on board.

I remember that funny interview with GP on the radio site a month or so ago....and to be fair to QBP, who kept asking the question of how much was paid for Faurlin's signature....and we never really got a direct answer. From costing quite alot to not very much.

So - unless i'm thick the original congrats should indeed go to John Gorman. ??

as i said in an earlier post spencer, it was john gorman who found ally, all gp did was agree wages etc for a argentinian div 1 player, and paid inter milan 500k for 1st refusal.
Though if pete wants to try and twist this to somehow credit paladini then lets all laugh at it!! Hahaha
