Should have been done years ago!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Does he identify the players now and Paladini does the deal????

6 years without a Chief Scout is nothing short of a disgrace, remind me someone how long has Paladini been at the club?

Done great to keep the club afloat

Been rewarded by being made chairman

now lets see how the new scouts do and if we can congratulate them in a couple of years time and find some gems.

lets hope next few years will be ones to remember

I'm good. Just giving the old starting handle a few turns, or as I'd like to call it, giving an opinion whether people like it or not.

'Randall is hugely experienced, having enjoyed a playing career with Bury, Chesterfield, Notts County, Mansfield and York, as well as spending time as Manager at both York and Chesterfield'

Nice to see we have such a good scout who has worked and played for such big clubs.
