Not worth the irsk, injury worse than first feared, but should be okay for pre-season

I would expect that might be the last time we ever see stewart in a hooped shirt, i'd expect him to be 1 of the 1st to be shown the door.

Irrespective of personal opinions about his ability, when Stewart's game consists largely of heading the ball, I wonder what the medical advice will be on him continuing to play at all?
I'm far from being his greatest fan, but it would be a sad day if his whole career was ended.

had a conversation with my mate about stewarts injury yesterday, and petr cech's headgear came up. i dont think stew could get away with wearing it, as defenders head the ball a lot more than keepers do.
i hope im wrong, but i think big stew is finished.
