I've got sore shins this morning. Fell down about 5 seats when we scored. I love that sort of celebration.
First game: Arsenal vs Queen's Park Rangers at Highbury, Saturday 17th November 1984.

My shin is cut to pieces and my knee badly bruised from celebrating the 1st goal. Great celebration.

It was like having terracing again when we scored. Mental.

Does go to show its more enjoyable to generate an atmosphere. Many cannot due to age or other reasons, but the ones that can should.

I sit down AND sing -- why is that a problem, to want to sit down?
Why get so snooty about people who prefer not to stand?
I bet I sing just as loud and just as much as others.
Not prepared to go in SA road stand, can't afford it for one thing, and a million other reasons besides.

I'm in block KL row J, and often find myself singing with a small number of others.
Been a lot of new faces around us this season, sometimes for only the odd game, and I think a lot of them don't actually know the songs.
Will sing all the way through away games -- at least there I'm in the majority, not the minority.
