Can't do links, but here is the full article:

QPR manager Neil Warnock has reportedly been granted £10million to spend over the summer to lead a Premier League charge next season.

Warnock is QPR's third permanent manager this season. However, accompanied by the resignation of Flavio Briatore as club chairman, Rangers fans will hope that the former Crystal Palace manager will bring some much needed stability to the club.

These hopes have been boosted by the news that Warnock has been given £10million to spend by Loftus Road chief Ishan Saksena over the summer, according to The Sun.

Warnock has also reportedly been told that he can re-invest any money from player sales to add to his squad. There is also the promise of further funds being made available in January if necessary to boost a promotion push for Rangers.

The Sun reports that Warnock's main targets will be his former Crystal Palace players, goalkeeper Julian Speroni , full-back Nathaniel Clyne and midfielders Neil Danns and the free scoring Darren Ambrose.

Reportedly, those being shown the Loftus Road exit will include strikers Patrick Agyemang and Rowan Vine , who has struggled since returning from a long term injury.
