In hindsight now i've woken with a clear head i'm a little plssed off at NW if he blatantly heard us and blanked us...I understand he didn't want to rub the palace fans up the wrong way but he works for OUR club.he was ok waving at their fans? Love him but he could of raised a hand once or at least clapped off our outstanding support at the end of the game.

No one would have heard you anyway, we didn't, you're support is sh1t.
Your only showing yourself up with comments like that, there is no need to insult the man.

BTW their support wasn't sh1t, I thought that rabble in the corner were outstanding, if you want to see sh1t home support look no further than our own.

I dissagree. I have more respect for NW for not waving. We'd have gone nuts if the roles were reversed and he'd waved for them. He's got more class than that and you have to commend it. He waves to us against other teams so he's hardly ignoring us. It's the same as if we re-sign Watson and he scores the winner at Palace...I wouldn't expect him to celebrate.

Class doesn't come into it to acknowledge superb away support who helped roar their team to victory. Not asking him to slide on his knees in front of us. Just an ACKNOWLEDGEMENT to HIS supporters.

              w12 ranger is right.

Though to be fair Palace is not normally like that, they are in a desperate position and fans rally around.

We did the same a few years back and done so again yesterday

to be fair to palace, thought their fans were excellent. (the ones near us) miles better than us at home. even when they were losing.

our fans were clearly superb but i think it was helped by the good atmosphere overall. was great to see given that most championship games are played in soulless arenas in near silence.

What did you think of our away support that was mocked so heavily prior to the game on the Palace message boards?

Agree wi that BennyBoy. Bottom line we got the 3 points, thats all that REALLY matters. I'm sure the away support will be acknowledged now the game is over, no need to rub their noses in it too much at the time.
And lets face it, if Palace werent in admin, he'd still be there.
Well done Neil, I think you handled a very difficult situation very well.

Not insulting anyone, just giving my opinion on their fans from where I was.
Agreed our home support can be pretty dire yes, but at least we don't have fans who think they're a mini Galatassary with their bobbing up and down, how stupid did that look.
Also did you see their mini procession with banner turning up at the game, looked like a Sally army march, how funny was that?
