Even with new owners palace will be in trouble. Whilst the ground stands in a total toilet it is also prime Primark site so relocation even further south must be on the cards no matter who buys them. I note the ownership of the ground is the main argument and it'll be for this reason - the sale is needed to finance the rest. A ground share with Brighton would make the most business sense (or even a merger) so that may save them. If they consider that saved. Ha de Ha.
