  • A plea...

Having mentioned this on other threads, thought I'd make it more explicit(!)
Has anyone got either 2 or 4 tickets for Saturday in the front half a dozen rows or so, which they would prefer to swap for row 14? Not very far back, I know, but too far for Josie who can only see about 20yds, so needs to be as close to the front as possible.
If there is anyone out there who can help us, please reply/PM me.
(As the tickets are concessions, we would need to meet up and swap inside the
    ground -- not a problem?)
I have another friend in a similar position looking for a group of three nearer the front as well -- again, let me know if you can help.

Surely you are entitled to sit in the disabled section, if it effects the poor girls viewing of the match?
I played sunday league football today.

Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.

I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.

We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!

Can you speak to palace or Rangers as the tickets go back at 16:00 today for sale on the day. They may be able to sort for you??

We are, and often do at some grounds, but it's in amongst the home fans at Palace, and on this occasion would prefer not to unless we have to.

It's a situation that a lot of visiting disabled fans are campaigning to have changed -- we should have a segregated disabled area.

If worst comes to the worst, she will have to sit with me and rely on Radio London's commentary through my mobile -- but if I can swap I will.

I've spoken to our Box Office on this -- they seem to be totally immoveable.
We started off with Row 22, and Row 14 was the only alternative they could give us.
My friend has already tried Palace, and nerly ended up in a barney with them about the whole situation -- they were really unhelpful.

If you have no luck then sign up on '1882 QPR', the site that scott has running.

He is very good when it comes to ticketing issues.

I should have 4 tickets at home by the time Im get in mate. I'll check and see. I'll be sitting anywhere I like anyway as they aren't fussy in certain areas.
                  Your mum would love me...

                    That's f''''king ridiculous!!

Surely all clubs should have segregated areas for opposing disabled/special needs supporters.

These are exactly the kind of things that need to be addressed between clubs in order that those 'less abled' are able to maintain their own identity and support 'their' team with 'their own ' supporters whichever ground it may be.

For the life of me I could never work out why our own disabled section was positioned beside the away supporters. How much more intimidating can you get !!

Best of luck with getting relocated mate !:rage:

usually most just sit where they want....singers etc go to the back whatever tkts they have....

only at ****ford do the stewards get involved.

I got 2, row 8 if you wanna swap. I could PM you the ticket numbers if you want, Rather than the hastle of trying to find each other, then swapping seats? As chances are I will be late!
