Robsondinho, You are right, a good footballer can fit in to any system.
The game of football is about passing and moving, from lower leagues where I have played up to professional, a good player can adapt and if he is not normally not able to gel, it will be down to the manager's decision rather than his own abilities!

Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.
I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.
We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!

Man City are having a decent season with a whole new team as are Forest in this division because both teams bought good players who understand the game of football.
Good players are good for reasons.If the rumours are true regarding certain players,NW has worked with 5 of them already,and are English speaking.
